          • Management Consultant – Federal Grant Program Design, Implementation, Administration and Evaluation
            • The successful applicant will collaborate with other consultants in small to mid-size teams to  support the design, implementation, evaluation, and administration  of federal grant programs.  The successful applicant will support delivery of business process analysis, policy an d procedure development, program assessment strategy development, performance measurement and grant monitoring assessment, budget development, grant financial reconciliation activities, quality assurance, and training.  The successful applicant will be expected to effectively apply analytical quantitative and qualitative methods to understand the challenge, persuasively articulate findings in briefing materials, and contribute to the development of solutions based on these findings.
              • Basic Qualifications:
              • 2 to 5 years of General Management Consulting experience
              • BA/BS in business, economics, or public administration (Masters Degree in public policy or public administration preferred
              • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office tools
              • Prior consulting experience
              • Prior public-sector (federal government) work experience.

  • BPR Consultant
    • Work with government organizations to study an organization's mission, value proposition, strategic focus and stakeholder requirements and then envision, define, design, develop, and deploy measure for improvement.  Facilitate and lead process improvement events, document processes, analyze activities using BPR and CPI tools, and develop future state processes and implementation plans.     • Execute tactical communications plans in support of the communications strategy for an established enterprise architecture program, including identifying communications requirements and goals and creating briefings and communications materials, such as posters, brochures, and web content.
  • Business Tool Developer/Designer
    • Design, produce, and maintain an intranet website portal front-end to an enterprise architecture repository platform for a Federal government client.
    • Create and design website, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content within parameters established by client.
